Job Overview

A detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst is required to join our team and elevate the accuracy, trust, and transparency of business data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion data governance initiatives across various domains by promoting robust data ownership and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor data quality and compliance, driving process improvements and preventing recurring data issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance data clarity and operational excellence through proactive issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of data dictionaries, standards, and quality metrics that support business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in data governance, management, or analytics, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and improve data quality, supporting informed business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with expertise in communication and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory/integrity reporting, and quality management systems.
  • A passion for process improvement, accuracy, and operational impact.

This role requires a tertiary qualification in Data Management, IT, Business, or Finance. Familiarity with data governance tools and reporting dashboards is also desirable. Project management experience is a plus.
