Property Acquisition Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Acquisition Manager to join our team in Liverpool, AU. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional to make a lasting impact on the city's growth and development.

  • This role involves managing significant land acquisition items, providing expert property advice, and coordinating with other Property staff and Council departments.

About You

  • You should have tertiary qualifications in Land Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline, as well as current Class C drivers license.
  • Demonstrated experience working in land acquisition matters, knowledge of land acquisitions and valuation of property under the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act, and application of the Local Government Act.
  • Proven negotiation, implementation, and facilitation of agreements over granting and negotiation of easements & road and laneway closures, including negotiation for sale of property.
  • Experience in effectively managing customer enquiries related to the Property portfolio, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and project management experience.
