Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will lead the pre-tendering and bid management function across the APAC Region.

  • You will own and drive compliance to our pre-contract process, ensuring our business is a global leader in Intelligent Transport Systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as owner of the pre-contracts and bid management process across the region, embedding consistency and quality with teams across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and beyond.
  • Leading the utilisation and continuous improvement of pre-tendering material and activities aligned to the region.
  • Implementing improvements to business processes to enhance pre-tendering responses and resourcing priorities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience successfully leading geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams in complex technical bids for government and private customers in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
  • APMP Certification for bid, proposal, and/or capture management of at least Foundation level.
  • Familiarity with the ITS Industry and related fields relevant to the Asia Pacific market for a minimum of 7 years.
