**Role Overview**

The Resort Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the resort, ensuring that all aspects of the business meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for leading a diverse team, providing coaching and training, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who has a passion for delivering outstanding results and building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
