We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Coordinator to join our team at Bunnings Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics activities for our Greenlife division, focusing on plant transportation and potentially expanding to include additional gardening care products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to ensure service levels are met by all service providers
  • Ensure prompt delivery of products and assist both Store and Transport Operations in resolving issues
  • Collaborate with our Transport Manager to plan and maintain store delivery schedules
  • Coordinate relationships and performance of preferred transport and 3PL providers
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet key performance indicators
  • Provide logistics and administrative support to inbound and outbound programs

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience across supply chain and logistics
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment
  • Initiative with ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
  • Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role, working across supply chain, transport or logistics
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Proficient across computer systems and programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary equivalent education, ideally in Business or Supply Chain disciplines
