Your Role

">

You will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and auditing our textual and graphics databases to ensure accuracy and relevance. This includes cataloguing and storing client cadastral plans, property titles, and Government Gazettes.

Additionally, you will assist in providing a lodging service for Asset Maintenance, Journey Management, and Corporate Divisions as required. Your expertise will also be invaluable in investigating proposals involving property matters and representing clients on plan-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Completion or partial completion of tertiary qualifications in Survey Drafting, Surveying, GIS, or equivalent, or demonstrated relevant experience and knowledge of Property and Project related issues.">
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of GIS or Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) systems.">
  • Solid understanding of property information and management systems, including statutory requirements of land administration.">
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, as well as experience working independently and as part of a team.">

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
