About the Role

As a Club Manager at our Adelaide City location, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  2. Managing budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability
  3. Recruiting, training, and retaining staff members to maintain a high-performing team
  4. Delivering exceptional member experiences through proactive engagement and issue resolution

You will need to have:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and monitoring financial performance
  • Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

We offer a competitive package with an OTE of $100,000 (made up of base salary & uncapped commissions), plus super. You will also enjoy access to our industry-leading learning and development content and free all-club access to our facilities.
