About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for defining, documenting, and executing small projects or sub-projects to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and administrative groups.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum NV1/NV2 security clearance.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prince II (waterfall) or Agile processes.
  • Understanding of government projects.
  • Experience in technical projects or having a background in server/network/data cabling/data centres.
Training and Certifications
  • White card.
  • Working at Heights.
  • Working in confined spaces.
  • First Aid.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • ACMA Cable Licence with SOCT competencies.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Silica exposure and prevention.
