About the Role

Lendlease ACT is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead the design and delivery of the Facade package on a soon-to-commence project in Canberra.

As a key member of our on-site delivery team, you will be responsible for resolving the detail design of the building facade, working closely with project and site engineers, managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project.

This role requires a strong leader with effective leadership capabilities and a passion for client-focused outcomes, driving safety, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain construction programs
  • Implement the procurement strategy
  • Manage quality through to commissioning of the project
  • Engage with internal, external, and client stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrate strong communications skills
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance
  • Construction Management or Engineering qualification
  • 7-10 years+ experience in managing facade design on large-scale building construction projects
