About the Role

Atturra is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Cloud Business Solutions team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple concurrent ICT applications projects, from initiation to closure, according to our client's project management methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teams
  • Negotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisation
  • Prepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), fortnightly project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change register
  • Facilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specifications
  • Lead regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders; and
  • Act as first point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business.

Requirements

  • 6 + years of Project Management / Delivery Lead experience
  • Agile project delivery experience
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, if you don't currently have an active Baseline Security Clearance and the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
  • Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
