About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home and Investment Lending Specialist to join our team at Westfield NSW. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Home and Investment Lending Manager to identify and provide customers with tailored financial solutions.
  • Coach customers through the home and investment lending process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with ANZ's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in home and investment lending, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
