Job Title

Asset Management System Officer is a key role within our organization, responsible for the establishment, implementation, development and maintenance of our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS).

This position requires a diligent individual who can support the ongoing development and integration of asset databases, deliver training for end users across the organization, and maintain procedural documentation for the operation of EAMS.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree level qualification in engineering, asset management, information technology, data science or demonstratable equivalent experience, and possess a high level of computer literacy in the use, management and configuration of systems, including databases and client support.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the development, implementation and management of corporate systems particularly in asset management systems within a local government context.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to deliver quality outcomes to the agreed schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience in application management including user support, access management, continuous improvement and analytical thinking.
  • High level of customer focus to achieve defined outcomes and build trusted relationships.
