Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our state-of-the-art roasting facility in Roselands, NSW. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Manage all operational aspects of the facility including member onboarding and site logistics.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Oversee maintenance of roasting machines and storage systems.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to members and their teams.
  • Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety protocols and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate events, training sessions, and private functions as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of roasting equipment and green bean varieties.
