The Opportunity:

We are seeking an adaptable and resilient Fleet Maintenance Planner to coordinate and plan all fleet maintenance activities within Toll.

As the Fleet Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle service and maintenance within Toll's workshops, ensuring high levels of vehicle service compliance without compromising on quality and minimizing downtime.

Roster: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with business units to schedule internal services & maintenance, plan and ensure coordinated, timely and managed approach of vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new processes to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings, whilst minimizing maintenance expense.
  • Close repair orders in a timely manner, ensuring all parts are charged out.
  • Complete relevant quality assurance tasks and administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to achieve high levels of vehicle maintenance service compliance.

About You:

  • Previous experience in internal fleet maintenance or service advisor roles highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strategic thinker, accountable, problem solver, outcome focused.
  • Customer service orientation, detailed understanding and strong curiosity about customers and what adds value to them.
  • Microsoft Office suite expertise including Word, Excel and Outlook.
