Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager based in Wollongong. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and execution of business plans covering sales activities, revenue growth, and expense controls.
  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the business.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide updated sales promotions information to customers.
  • Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage.
