We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Scheduler to join our infrastructure team. This role will support the planning and delivery of major programmes through effective schedule management and analysis.

• Schedule Baseline Management– Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines across workstreams.
• Schedule Updates– Import and manage contractor schedules using Primavera P6.
• Progress Analysis– Conduct monthly reviews of progress against planned activities and forecast dates.
• Integrated Scheduling– Develop and maintain a unified programme schedule across multiple delivery streams.
• Schedule Alignment– Analyse and report on alignment between interfacing project schedules.
• Critical Path Reviews– Lead monthly reviews of the critical path and programme status with stakeholders.

We're looking for a detail-oriented scheduling professional with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Primavera P6 Expertise– Proficient in using P6 for schedule development and updates.
• Infrastructure Experience– Background in infrastructure or capital project delivery.
• Schedule Integration– Skilled in aligning multiple contractor schedules into a cohesive programme.
• Critical Path Analysis– Strong understanding of schedule risk and critical path methodologies.
• Reporting Tools– Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools for schedule reporting.
• Communication Skills– Able to clearly present schedule insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
