Casual Educator Role
We're seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Casual Educators. As a key member of our centre team, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality education programs that meet the unique needs of each child.
Your Responsibilities
- You will actively participate in the education program, contributing to the planning and implementation of activities that foster children's learning and development.
- You will engage with and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- You will maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff, adhering to our centre's policies and procedures.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, providing a sense of belonging and connection.
- You will comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures, supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
About You
- You hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification or are willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- You have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- You share our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children and families.
