We are seeking an experienced and passionate Diploma qualified educator to join our team at Goodstart Ocean Reef.

About the RoleAs an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart Ocean Reef, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.
You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and implementing engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development
- Developing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
