About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for an Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Ocean Reef, Western Australia. As an experienced educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of our children and contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence within the centre.
Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and experience. You can expect to earn at least $65,000 per annum, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Additionally, you'll enjoy:

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator who shares our vision of delivering high-quality education and care to children. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Implementing educational programs that promote children's learning and development
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and community partners
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
