You will handle complex cases such as parenting and custody disputes, property settlements, divorce, financial agreements, and relocation and recovery orders. Our streamlined systems and paralegal support ensure your time is spent doing what you do best – practising law, not admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide variety of engaging family law matters including parenting and custody disputes, complex property settlements, divorce, financial agreements, and relocation and recovery orders.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced lawyers and dedicated support staff.
  • Manage files autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years PAE in family law (private practice).
  • Strong experience with complex parenting and property files.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
  • A keen interest in managing files autonomously and contributing to a team-focused culture.
