Your new role: As the Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, you will lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, and innovative services for women and families across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service.
This senior leadership role combines clinical expertise, workforce development, and strategic alignment with Metro South Health priorities.
Provide strategic and clinical leadership for Obstetrics and Gynaecology services.
Deliver expert clinical services across Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals, including after-hours on-call.
Oversee education, training, and professional development for medical staff and registrars.
Drive service improvement, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance outcomes.
About you: We are seeking an accomplished and visionary clinical leader who will foster excellence in patient care, research, and workforce development.
Specialist knowledge in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with FRANZCOG or equivalent.
Demonstrated leadership capability in managing multidisciplinary teams and services.
Proven commitment to safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
Strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
