The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our Masterpiece division in Melbourne South East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of home builds, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional quality. Your primary focus will be on coordinating trades, establishing a reliable trade base, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage trades to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including trade management, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Provide weekly KPI reporting to the Regional Building Manager
Requirements
  • Experience in supervising residential home builds, with a strong trade background or a willingness to learn
  • Thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
  • Completed General Construction Induction Course/White Card
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
