The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Melbourne South East region. As a key member of our Masterpiece division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of home builds from site start to completion, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage trades, establishing a reliable trade base to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines, meeting our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Day-to-day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
- Weekly KPI reporting to ensure project progress and performance are tracked and optimized.
Requirements
- Experience supervising residential home builds, residential construction experience, and/or a strong trade background.
- A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network.
- Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group, including delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong IT/administration skills.
