  • As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, prioritising and delivering the multi-brand digital roadmap for our digital channels. This involves key initiatives and projects that improve customer experience, drive commercial outcomes and end-to-end operational efficiency.">

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting our digital platforms in collaboration with agency partners and internal IT teams.">
  • Defining user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure a clear understanding of the functional requirements of the to-be-developed systems is reflected in design documentation.">
  • Conducting rigorous testing and end-to-end functional user acceptance rollouts.">
  • Developing and delivering best practice design across technology integration, digital capability, customer experience and operational execution.">
  • Providing online trading and digital marketing technical support.">
  • Managing projects and monitoring informal and scheduled tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.">
  • Supporting the exploration of opportunities to advance our online presence and consumer reach.">
  • Developing and maintaining a library of training and education support documentation and material to be used by internal customers and external stakeholders.">

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Commerce, Marketing or other related degree.">
  • Qualifications in product ownership and/or project management are desirable.">
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a digital product manager.">
  • Experience working on and/or leading digital agile projects involving ERPS integrations in cross-functional teams is desirable.">
  • Solid experience in UX and the upkeep of website content management systems (CMS).">
  • Strong skills in data analytics utilising platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI and platform-specific digital analytics.">
  • Experience with product ownership/project management platforms and tools including Gantt charts, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint is desirable.">
  • Solid wireframing skills using collaborative tools (Figma, InVision, Sketch, Miro).">
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility guidelines and SEO practices are desirable.">
  • Demonstrated experience working with internal IT and external agencies and software vendors.">
