We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Supervisor - Surface Fixed Plant. In this role, you will ensure tradespeople have the necessary tools to perform maintenance activities safely and efficiently within the plant.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop a willingness to learn and collaborate with colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
  • Maintain tools, arrange repairs, or order replacements when required to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of tool inventory and adherence to return policies.
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and stocked workshop environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work safely, and a demonstrated understanding of site procedures.


Requirements:



  • Relevant mechanical knowledge and trade qualifications are desired.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word, with the ability to create reports.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with a motivated attitude.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
