Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will involve managing social media platforms, creating and implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with the graphic design and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or property industry. Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, and WordPress is required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, has great time management skills, and can work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Create and implement growth strategies for social media
  • Write and publish content for social media platforms
  • Work with the graphic design and marketing teams on the creation of digital collateral and assets
  • Host training webinars and personalized training sessions with offices on social media, SEO, and social media advertising
  • Manage social media ad spend and budgeting
  • Assist with the management of websites

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in digital marketing
  • Real estate, property, or similar industry experience preferred
  • Qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field desired
  • Expert knowledge of social media management
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO and some WordPress experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
