Operational Technology Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operational Technology (OT) Engineer, supporting and optimising renewable energy assets.


About The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of wind and solar assets. This includes providing technical support both remotely and on-site, working on system upgrades, and collaborating across teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in integrated SCADA systems
  • Deliver OT/SCADA system upgrades and modifications
  • Maintain and optimise OT networks across wind, solar, and BESS assets
  • Develop SCADA and communications design documentation
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors to resolve system failures
  • Contribute to OT standards, procedures, and compliance

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Experience in industrial automation or power systems
  • Strong SCADA and OT systems knowledge
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • A valid Australian driver's license with flexibility to travel as required
