Job Description

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by focusing on managing existing customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and furthering strategic markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the Company's products and applications, as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills to develop strong internal and external customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the sales effort in an assigned geographic area to achieve sales goals.
  2. Act as the critical link between Dodge Industrial and customers to provide engineering/application assistance.
  3. Consult with customers to provide expert advice on product solutions.
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Distribution.
  • Product knowledge and selling to customer needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • High motivation to succeed and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.
