About the Role

FLEETCOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing institutional sales activities and relationships across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by researching and targeting key decision-makers within the alternative investment industry, including fund managers and administrators.
  • Client Needs Analysis & Solution Pitching: Understand clients' operational and financial needs and tailor FLEETCOR's solutions to address them. Deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with C-suite executives, CFOs, portfolio managers, and other key stakeholders to establish FLEETCOR as a strategic partner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in business development or sales, ideally in financial services, with a focus on the alternative investment sector.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a consultative sales approach and experience in negotiating high-value contracts.
