Job Title: Care Companion - ExperiencedWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care companion to provide high-quality home care services to our clients. As a care companion, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing.The successful candidate will have at least 3 months of experience in a similar professional role, with skills in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications. You will be responsible for providing general housekeeping, cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming floors, washing, folding, and ironing laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.You will also provide personal care services such as getting clients out of bed, showered, and dressed for the day, assisting clients to take their medications, assisting with mobility and therapy goals, providing complex care for customers with high care needs, and providing social and emotional support.Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality home care services to clients
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide transportation to lifestyle activities or appointments
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families
