Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults in their homes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving and a desire to help others. They will possess empathy, patience, kindness, and respect towards our clients.
This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while delivering high-quality care that improves their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse to deliver personal care services, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support, such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Help clients with range of motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
- Remind clients to take medication.
Requirements:
- Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcomed but not required. We will train you.
- A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
