About this role

As an Aerospace Maintenance Policy Specialist, you will be a key member of the Tech Support Services Team at Airbus Australia Pacific. You will work as part of the Surveillance & Response Program and be responsible for providing MRD services to the business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or CAM services in the aviation industry. They will need to possess a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent Aircraft Technical trade qualifications, as well as knowledge of logistics support analysis records and maintenance policy concepts.

You will be required to review, evaluate and process detailed technical documentation to interpret the maintenance tasks necessary to support the aircraft and supporting systems. Additionally, you will create and amend Master Maintenance Policy and document engineering and logistics support requirements for aircraft and support systems.

Your duties will include performing MRD report generation and data analysis, participating in annual AMP and AMP Effectiveness Reviews, adhering to company policies and procedures, and assisting with continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Experience in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or CAM services in the aviation industry.
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent Aircraft Technical trade qualifications.
  • Knowledge of logistics support analysis records and maintenance policy concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and manage expectations.
  • High levels of organisation with strong attention to detail.
