We are seeking a talented professional to fill a key role in our Melbourne office.

The successful candidate will be deeply involved in every aspect of the research and insight process, designing, managing, and reporting on projects that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include delivering end-to-end projects, working with diverse clients to produce meaningful insights, and translating complex findings into strategic recommendations that support business growth.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong quantitative research and analysis skills, combined with solid marketing knowledge. Experience analyzing large datasets and applying frameworks to solve complex problems is essential.

A university degree relevant to your expertise and specialized experience in research, marketing, statistics, psychology, or social sciences are also required.

Additional requirements include a minimum of 4 years in an agency environment, experience leading the design and execution of various projects, and hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
