Your Role in Our Mission

This position involves providing expert guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote effective practice supervision and enhance the overall well-being of our clients.

A Holistic Approach to Family Support

Our team takes a comprehensive approach to addressing the complex needs of each individual and family. This includes providing emotional support, counseling, and practical assistance to help them make informed decisions about their future.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant human services field, backed by substantial experience in roles related to child protection.
  • Proven skills and knowledge gained through extensive experience working with children and families, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Current Qld Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card).
  • Ability to achieve outstanding results through personal proficiency and deliver high-quality technical or professional work.
  • While prior experience in child protection is desirable, it's not essential.
