You will have the chance to support residents in living their best possible life, by delivering high-quality care aligned with AHPRA standards.
The ideal candidate will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, build and implement resident-focused care plans, and liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals.
The successful candidate will actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement, working closely with our Care Manager and General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality care aligned with AHPRA standards.
- Leadership: Lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Care Planning: Build and implement resident-focused care plans.
- Liaison: Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
