Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering personalised support services to customers with disabilities

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Community Service or Equivalent ideal or willing to obtain
  • 6 months experience required—ideal for candidates ready to learn on the job, with buddy shifts provided for support
  • Require high level of fitness for manual handling
  • Have as much availability as possible, both sleepovers and active nights (must be able to work nights) and must be able to work day shifts during the weekend
  • Possess or willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC)
  • Hold a current and valid CPR and First Aid certificate
  • Have a full driver's licence
  • Have valid work rights
  • Successfully complete the NDIS Quality, Safety & You module
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
  • Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
  • Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others
  • Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire
