Job Title: Customer Engineer

 

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional service.

You will plan and execute maintenance visits in a structured and methodical manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In addition, you will utilize digital reporting tools to track your activities and provide detailed field service reports for each call attended.

Your professional demeanor and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

We require our Customer Engineers to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our services.

Your role will also involve working at heights, using ladders, scissor lifts, and scaffolding, as well as working with energized electrical equipment and refrigerant lines.

To be successful in this position, you must have previous experience within the HVAC/Critical Cooling space and hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate, Restricted Electrical Licence, and Refrigerant Handling Licence.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is also essential.
