This role involves working with large datasets, building models, and using data to question, tweak, and create processes to drive our goals. You'll need to have a few years of experience in inventory planning, analytics, or a related field, and be proficient in spreadsheets and SQL.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing inventory levels and creating transfer orders to balance inventory relative to demand \t
  • Working with the Production Team to match supply plans to factory capacity \t
  • Conducting root-cause analyses and implementing fixes for declining stock availability \t
  • Collaborating with the Digital Sales team to allocate inventory for campaigns \t
  • Identifying manual processes that can be automated and collaborating with the Data Team to implement solutions
