Job Title

We are seeking a Senior RF Engineer to join our Hardware team within the Quantum Sensing division.

This role involves developing new quantum sensor prototypes and products by designing custom microwave/RF electronics and antenna systems.

You will be part of an established and growing team focused on quantum sensing across various sectors such as aerospace, defense, geophysical exploration, and earth observation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom RF & microwave electronics for quantum sensor prototypes and eventual productization.
  • Design miniaturized RF electronics subsystems based on bench-top prototypes.
  • Model and simulate microwave/RF signal transmission to optimize system performance.
  • Design, optimize, and fabricate custom antennas for near-field operation.
  • Ensure electronics systems are ruggedized for field operation.
  • Manage the delivery of complex hardware prototypes, ensuring technical quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Serve as the domain expert for RF electronics and systems.
  • Lead and mentor hardware engineers and technicians as a senior team member.
