Automation Test Lead Position

The primary role of this position is to develop and implement test strategies and plans that align with project requirements.

This position involves leading the execution of tests and managing defects, as well as implementing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, etc.

An ideal candidate for this position should have strong experience in UI, API automation, BDD/TDD, code coverage tools, build automation tools, CI/CD tools, and project management tools.

A good leader with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills is required to efficiently lead a team of automation testers in an onshore/offshore model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
