As a key member of our clinical research team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all research projects are conducted with the utmost integrity and adhere to strict ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cutting-edge training programs for clinical researchers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Establish and manage research support programs that promote best practices and improve research outcomes.
- Lead the review and interpretation of research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Prepare and manage research projects from initiation to completion, including design, tracking, and post-approval requirements.
- Write clear, concise procedures and guidelines for research teams to follow.
As a successful candidate, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences.
- Experience in research ethics, including reviewing and interpreting research projects and agreements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
