About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and develop your skills in sales, customer service, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering their queries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive store experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions and initiatives.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
- A Certificate III in Retail is desirable but not essential.
