Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our AI and Automation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the APIs that power Corto's Core AI capabilities. You will lead the experimentation of internal AI projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI architectures and solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the experimentation of internal AI projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for various projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

  • A strong foundation in software design and development principles.
  • Experience with Generative AI-based application development.
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with AWS technologies for software development.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL / PGVector is an advantage.
  • Experience with Python Development is an advantage.
  • Big Data / ML experience is an advantage.
