Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Macarthur Square.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage the front counter and kitchen operations during shifts ensuring a smooth service from opening to closing.
  • Lead and motivate crew members in achieving high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • To prepare and serve kebabs, sides, and sauces consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the restaurant ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Train new staff on tasks such as checklists, stock levels, and cash handling ensuring efficient execution.

Requirements:

  • Prior leadership experience in hospitality or quick-service industries preferably with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with reliability, calmness under pressure, and efficient time management.
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to set a positive tone for service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • An effective leader who inspires and motivates team members leading by example.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering results.
