Clearance Specialist

In this key role, you will be responsible for assessing and processing security clearances with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
This position involves the meticulous scrutiny of extensive data, identification of potential security risks, and leveraging electronic case management systems for efficient clearance processing.
- Ensure that all aspects of clearance processes are carried out in accordance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of PSPF requirements and EY best practices.
Key Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughly review all data related to clearance cases.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards in vetting processes and documentation, ensuring adherence to PSPF guidelines.
- Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing demands on time to meet project milestones and SLAs.
Requirements:
- A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 certification, with opportunities to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
- Substantial experience in vetting, preferably in government or similar high-security environments.
