Practice Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical areas, including vaccinations, wound care, and chronic disease management.

The successful candidate will be required to hold current AHPRA registration (without restrictions) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and compassionate clinical care to patients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
