About this role
We are currently looking for an experienced nurse to join our dedicated team providing high-quality patient care.
In this position, you will be expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients
- Managing immunisations including childhood, employment, travel, and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Caring for patients with wounds
- Maintaining sterilisation and infection control procedures
- Supporting diagnostics required for Employment and Aviation Medicals
- Ensuring cold chain management.
Requirements
- You are a registered nurse with AHPRA registration
- You are passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- You are available to work between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility can be accommodated
- Ideally you have experience in GP nursing
- You have knowledge of GP Chronic Condition Management Plans and Health Assessments
- You hold a current CPR certificate - assistance can be offered if it has recently expired.
