Job Title: Cost Management Professional

Cost Managers play a vital role in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional cost management services across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver MEP services across various projects.
2. Develop and maintain accurate cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
4. Provide expert advice on cost management strategies, procurement, and contract administration.
5. Maintain high-quality relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager or equivalent role, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong client focus.
5. Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
