We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team

About the Role:

Ongoing casual hours offer the flexibility to work close to home with a range of shifts across the week. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with store and retail management, ensuring planograms are executed accurately, and lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking products is required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with store and retail management teams.
  • Deliver high-quality planogram execution within agreed timelines.
  • Lift, push, pull, and stack products as required, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet, providing real-time updates.
  • Represent our organisation positively and professionally at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience in planogram implementation within a grocery or retail environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work autonomously while maintaining an overall team focus.
