Postgraduate Development Coordinator

We are seeking a Postgraduate Development Coordinator to lead the Faculty's engagement with industry stakeholders and increase uptake of our architecture and engineering postgraduate education courses.

This role will involve developing partnerships with industry groups to enhance workforce skills in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and renewable energy.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, able to target potential partner organisations and nurture existing industry partners to establish us as a leading education provider for engineers and architects seeking to upskill and enhance their career options.

About the Role
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful programs of activity, including effective project planning and management to achieve alignment with strategic directions and outcomes.
  • Able to work effectively in and across multi-disciplinary teams and activities to consistently deliver a high standard of service to a range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills to realise new opportunities and grow productive partnerships.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the development of timely and directed communication materials for internal and external audiences.

Requirements
  • Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications
  • Extensive relevant experience
  • High level of digital literacy
